Improvements to 4,600 LF of roadway from Martindale to Mykawa Road to convert the existing asphalt roadway to a 27ft-wide asphalt road with concrete monolithic curbs and gutters and the existing roadside ditches to a combined drainage system of swales and underground storm sewers with a rain garden along the north side of the road. The project also included adding sidewalks, new trees, street lighting, and an 8-inch water line. The project is currently under construction and is planned to be completed in mid 2025.

This represents $8.8 million in community improvements.
