The project consists of 3100 LF complete roadway rehabilitation improvements from Scranton St to Airport Blvd.
The scope of the project includes preparatory work for sampling and analysis on Potentially Petroleum Contaminated Areas (PPCA), construction of high early strength 11-inch reinforced concrete pavement with lime stabilized subgrade and doweled concrete curbs, driveway reconstruction, limited sidewalks, and wheelchair ramp reconstruction, replacement of storm sewer pipes of various sizes with associated manholes, replacement of sanitary sewer system, waterline and fire hydrants, and new. The project is currently under construction and is planned to be completed in mid 2025. This project is a joint venter with the City of Houston Public Works Department and the Hobby Area District.
This project represents $7.4 million in community improvements.
