This project includes the full roadway replacement from S. Wayside to Telephone Rd with new reinforced concrete pavement and curb within the project limits, along with extensive infrastructure upgrades constructed to City of Houston (COH) standards. Improvements will include traffic and pedestrian signal enhancements, upgraded drainage systems, sanitary sewer system improvements, and replacement of water lines to support reliable utility service. Additional work will provide new driveways and larger sidewalks with ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps to improve pedestrian accessibility throughout the corridor. The project also includes enhanced street lighting to improve safety and visibility, as well as permanent traffic signage and pavement striping for clear and efficient travel operations within the project area.
